Enage Street, Tacloban City. Target participants are from the different clusters of the province of leyte namely: WEST LEYTE (Inopacan, Hindang, Hilongos,Bato, Matalom), PANGASUGAN (Baybay City, Albuera), NORTH WEST (Isabela,Palompon,Villaba, Tabango), EASTERN SEABOARD (Palo, Tanauan, Tolosa, Dulag, Babatngon).
